REGULATIONS

I. General Provisions
1. Branco shop is owned by:

II. Returns / exchanges

2. We do not accept parcels sent at your expense and parcels sent COD.

III. Complaints
1. All our products are new and covered under warranty. If you receive a defective product or
    inconsistent with the description, please send it to the company's address and contact us.
2. To sent back the goods at their own expense must be accompanied by a receipt and a short description in
    writing of the causes of complaints, your personal data and account number for a refund.
3. All complaints will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the shipment and the buyer will be about
    informed.

IV. Shipping and costs
1. Your order will be sent within 24 hours to 5 working days or for the Polish Post or UPS courier. We
    assume no responsibility for any delays postal parcels and packages by the Polish Post SA
    and / or UPS.
2. Both for domestic shipments (for domestic orders is possible to pick up your) as well as foreign shipping
    cost depends on weight and destination. A cost, the customer will be informed after verification of the
    contract.
3. Payments can be made by bank transfer to our bank account or for pick up. In Title
